Product Introduction

Evercoat Cement Mixed Polymer Waterproofing Agent (KSF 4919)

Evercoat is a cement-containing polymer waterproofing agent that is capable of securing resistance characteristics to moisture and water-tightness of paint film with airborne polymer acrylate. There is heat-resistant alumina cement to improve durability on heat environment, silica to improve ventilation, clay of organic properties for physical filling of micropores, and the agent can display great resistance on the cracks of wooden structures. The product has elasticity, great adhesion, and durability required for the protection of concrete surfaces and waterproof constructions, and it is the most suitable cement-filled polymer paint film waterproofing agent for indoor construction that requires elastic paint film waterproofing agent.

Characteristics
  • Evercoat has outstanding adhesion and common materials such as plastering, epoxy, metal, lumber, and plaster board.
  • It can be constructed even in wet service, and there is no materiality degradation.
  • It has excellent resistance to crack and it is easy to repair partially.
  • It is environment-friendly.
  • It has excellent construction ability with water-soluble waterproofing agent, which can reduce construction period and labor costs.
  • Due to the excellent moisture permeability (ventilation), there is no breakage of swelling of waterproof layer due to high temperature of moisture on the base.
  • It has excellent heat resistance and durability. There is absolutely no deformation of the waterproofing agent.
  • It has excellent physical and chemical properties and is highly resistant to salt and alkali.

Construction Method
    1. Cleaning up the base
  • Clean the dust, oil, and foreign substances on the base.
  • Arrange the wires, emboss, and wooden base in prior.
  • Supplement the crack and connected part with Evercoat paste.
    2. Apply Primer
  • Evenly apply primer on the base by using a roller or brush.
  • If there are many gaps, make sure that the primer has been applied enough.
    3. First application of Evercoat
  • Mix the Evercoat emulsion, powder with the stirrer (for 3-5 minutes). Use a roller or brush to evenly spread Evercoat.
    4. 2nd Application of Evercoat
  • Mix the Evercoat emulsion, powder with the stirrer (for 3-5 minutes). Use a roller or brush to evenly spread Evercoat.
